Tim Hortons

Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was rude and careless, and my coffee was given to me in a complete mess—spilled all over the cup and lid. It felt like no effort or respect was put into serving customers. Paying for a drink and receiving this kind of service is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back.

I don’t go to Tim Hortons expecting much but we recently moved to this area and every single time we go here they mess something up, i’ve stopped in for breakfast about 4 times every time i get the same thing an ice cap and one of the loaded brown butter croissant u can pick from bacon or sausage to put on it everytime i get bacon 3 times they have given me sausage and im on my way to work so i have no time to turn around and go into complain finally today i went again and they did get the proper bacon except this time there was absolutely no brown butter sauce on it this is getting ridiculous and everytime we go the staff is incredibly rude and just throws the debit machine in your face without saying anything

The service is always friendly and efficient, and even during busy hours, the staff handle everything with a smile. The coffee is consistently fresh, and my order has always been prepared just right. The store is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere, which makes it a great spot to stop by whether I’m on the go or want to sit for a bit. Definitely my favorite Tim Hortons in the area!

If 10 stars was an option this restaurant would receive that many. I came here with my daughter the other day and we got a supreme stack and farmers wrap. They tasted so fresh and so good. Sandwich was $10 but it worth every penny. 10/10 recommend this place. The people working are amazing and helped me pick my food.
