Tim Hortons

I gotta say, the evening crew is like the worst and the service goes from 10 to 1 in the evening. The people working here are seriously stupid or retarded, I don't know. I ordered a Chipotle chicken wrap with crispy chicken from drive thru and got a wrap with grilled chicken which was cold and dry and not even eatable. Not only the order was wrong, but the food was inedible. I go back and get another one, they put crispy chicken this time, but now there's no sauce and it's really put together in a cheap way. What this really means is that, I guess the people working there really don't value someone else's time. The most crazy part is, they got my wrap wrong twice and they weren't even busy at all.

Place is filthy! Refuse binsq are over flowing on to the floors, tables are dirty, napkin dispenser on the counter is empty with the lid open and the inside is dirty as well. The store isn't busy but there is lots of staff around just waiting for the next drive throigh order. I blame this on lack of management. Interesting a "team member" just came into the sitting area walked right by the overflow garage to clise the blinds and made no attemp to clean.

The food is always consistent at this location. I know this wasn't a franchisee decision but I was really upset to find out that white hot chocolate and Apple cider are no longer available. These are the things that made Tim Horton's Canadian! What's next to go? Timbits !?

Very packed, slow service. No wheelchair ramp that I could see from the entrance. I ended up waiting outside for my friend because it was so warm inside the store. I got a honey cruller and felt that it was somewhat stale but that might just be me. Close enough to Barrie North Collegiate that you can go there for lunch if you want to. Friend said her bagel was okay and wasn't burnt, which is cool since I find that most Timmies usually burn my bagels!
