Tim Hortons

I visited Tim Hortons recently and noticed mosquitoes on both a bagel and a muffin. This experience was quite concerning and unexpected. I hope that the hygiene and quality control in the food preparation area can be improved to prevent such incidents in the future.

Women’s washroom was absolutely disgusting! It was so awful, we could not trust that the food was being prepared hygienically. We left without using or touching anything in the facility.

This place is horrible! First you have to repeat your order 5 times before they know what you’re getting even while taking clearly and slowly and then when your missing something from your order and are told they were out not sure why this wasn’t checked when the order was being placed then you get attitude when you ask for a receipt to make sure you weren’t charged for the missing item! Sorry if I doubt the competence of the people taking my order! This location has gone down hill bad!!!! UPDATE: Then their blanket response is to contact corporate who does absolutely nothing is a joke

Go through drive thru order, then wait 10 plus mins at the window for our bagels just to get home & one of the bagels is missing the tomato’s which we pay extra for !!! This Tim’s messes up orders almost everyday. I know cause it happens almost everyday when myself or one my family members goes there.

I juststopped by this tim’s around midnight tonight and ordered a caramel iced coffee. The girl who was working the overnight was pleasant and made my iced coffee properly. Good service
