Have a hard time getting a correctly mixed coffee. About a 1 in 2 chance :/

Well it's very VERY UNFORTUNATE, and I'm sad to say I would quit drinking coffee if I had to deal with people like the ones at this location. The 'boy' that served us had NO personality and I would give him 1 star. And for whatever reason NB is NOT ALLOWED to double cup your HOT coffee is absolutely RIDICULOUS! There was even a customer ahead of us offered to buy a cup and this 'boy' refused him, and did NOT even offer him a sleeve! 
I didn't even bother asking for a double cup cause I had the unpleasurable experience already in NB being told they were not allowed to double cup, so I kept a cup from another Timmy's that IS ALLOWED to accomodate the customer NO questions asked. Oh and this 'boy' did not offer me a sleeve either ... Very very sad, and you will lose customers I'm sure because of this. The sleeves just don't cut it, the cup is hot and the sleeve does NOT cut down the heat from the hot coffee to your hands .
