Tim Hortons

I was with my grandmother today at the tims on st george bl and I was wanting to try the new fall menu after ordering I got an iced pumpkin latte I got a hot one wich I dont mind everyone makes mistakes and I get the stress at fast food but after I got my remade coffee it was just a regular iced coffee so I was getting a little frustrated at this point I didn’t want to but just really wanted to try the pumpkin spice so I ask if their was any pumpkin in it and the girl with short bleached hair grabbed my cup out of my hand while yelling “ it does have pumpkin in it!” So rudely then pumped 5 pumps of the syrup then proceeded to roll her eyes when handing it back. Anyways hope she has a good rest of her day.

Good experiencennThe counter attendant was nice and well behaved. Gave me recommendations for eating and it was nice.

a girl that works here was yelling at her coworker when I went back inside to get my drink corrected I was just missing foam and I overheard her anger about it. She did not make the experience fun for myself or her coworker. Drink was still good, the guy who remade it for me was really cool about it.

Never anything wrong with my order. But usually when I walk in and it's busy I expect to wait. When there is no one in line and 2 cars in drive through I would at least expect a greeting when I get in. What I got was 10 minutes of 5 employees walking past and talking amounts themselves.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, fast, and welcoming. My order was prepared just the way I like it, and the service was quick even during a busy time.
