I had a great experience at Tim Hortons recently! The food was delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. There was a small mix-up with my order, but they quickly acknowledged the mistake and handled everything professionally and efficiently. It's refreshing to see such great service, and I truly appreciate how they made sure I left satisfied. Highly recommend this location!

This Tim Hortons is consistently top-notch! The staff are always friendly and efficient, my coffee is always perfectly brewed, and the fresh donuts are a real treat. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure every visit is a positive experience -highly recommended. I would say

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday I ordered potato wedges and a cold coffee online. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that the potato wedges would not be prepared. The girl at the counter very rudely told me, ‘We cannot make more for you,’ without offering any proper explanation or apology.nnIf the item wasn’t available, it should not have been accepted through the online ordering system. I found her tone quite disrespectful, and the overall service very poor. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a pattern where some of the Indian female staff show attitude when we come to collect our orders, which makes the experience uncomfortable.nnI hope this issue is taken seriously and steps are taken to ensure better communication and more respectful service in the future.

Unfortunately the restaurant usually isn’t very clean, I avoid the bathrooms at all costs. It’s a rougher part of town, and it’s reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s not a place I would choose to sit and have a coffee, more a grab & go. The food is average of any Tim’s, but there’s often items not available. The service is ok. I’ve had my orders messed up a few times, and I haven’t even been here that much. The staff are neither friendly nor unfriendly. All in all, I would pick other Tim’s to go to

Tim hortons is the best option to eat these days. 7 king street Tim Horton is best in the area right now whether we talk about food , drinks , customer service or anything. Not only this whenever i go there all the items what i need i got so in the manner of product availability this restaurant is always on my top listnHighly recommended to all the Tim Hortons lover just go there and experience the best
