Starbucks

Terrible service. We ordered Venti coffee and we received the minimum portion. All of this at my home. That's why it's very easy for Starbucks to send things that we hardly have time to go and claim at the store in person. It's a joke. And the food is cold. First and last time I'll order something from this store.

Went through the drive thru. The service was great! Speedy and friendly. But when I got to my destination and opened my drink this is what I found. Not 1 sip has been taken.

I'm very satisfied the service provided! I kindly asked the worker Celeste her drink recommendations, and she made my new favourite! She was polite and nice and wrote a very kind message on mu cup. I will be coming back!

Store manager Alicia has extremely poor customer service skills! Speaks in a condescending manner and becomes very argumentative. She seems to take complaints personally, rather than making it right for the customer. She should be given mandatory soft skills training before being able to handle unsatisfied customers.

The wait time for two iced teas was insanely ridiculous. 40 minutes waiting inside while watching them push up drive thru and mobile orders. Super disorganized, which is unfortunate because I love Starbucks. Won't be back at this location again.
