Tim Hortons

Typical drinks, which is why it got the 2 stars at all. We asked for double cups on all 4 of our drinks, and they said they were allowed to, but they'll put sleeves on them, which is fine. They did that for two, and passed us the rest without sleeves, and we asked for more, and they said no. We asked why, and they said they ran out. We told them to give us extra cups to double cup them, and try weren't pleasant about it. Tldr; No anticipation of our needs, no initiative. I don't expect good and friendly customer service from Tim Hortons, but I do expect competency.
