McDonald's

I enjoy the breakfast burritos and other breakfast options. The touch screen ordering and new mobile ordering are very convenient. Love their ice coffee, coffee, and peppermint mocha. I just wish they would bring back the fajitas.

This particular MacDonald location is really inconsistent in its delivery of service. I used to use it for a quick lunch stop and the quality of the product degraded so poorly, I just stopped going their all together. I participated in a customer service survey in anticipation that they may be interested in addressing the concerns that were brought to their attention. No reply was ever received although one was requested. And yes I understand it's MacDonalds and I don't have delusions of grandeur regarding the product. But their is clearly a lack of pride in its preparation and handling and sometimes in its delivery.

I drive truck and have stopped here 3 times in the last 2 weeks ...ordered a fish burger last Thursday at 2.30 am ..got back on the road and couldn't eat it ..the fish was all dried out and hard ..so last night I stopped in for a coffee ..mentioned about the fish burger and the guy said it probably sat around for awhile .. didn't seem concerned that I was unhappy ..got on the road again .took a sip of coffee ..dish water ...it was only warm ...and I personally believe some one had run a second pot through the same package of coffee ...it hardly had any coffee taste at all ...I used to stop at the mcdonalds by airport but 3 nights in a row there was disappointing as well ...first night I asked for a fresh cup of decaf. The girl was pleasant but put my cup under the drip of coffee machine ..instead of running the whole pot through first ..so strong I couldn't drink it ..next night I ordered a breakfast sandwich ..bun was all dried out and hard ...next night I ordered a chicken ranch wrap. Got on the road and started eating it ...juice ran out of box all over my seat ..lap and steering wheel .so I had enough of that place ...you need to be sharper on your employees quality and control ..very unhappy with these two mcdonalds.

Someone has to explain why this location has terrible service-It’s fast food people. I have come here twice and have been told to “pull up and wait”. Just to receive cold food, it’s completely ridiculous. McDonald’s has setup systems to avoid this- to me this is bad ownership and even worse training.

Was not busy at 9 at night. Picked up five meals. Good service.
