“I ordered a drink with extra toppings, but they did not include the toppings as requested. The drink was not made properly, and the service was very disappointing. I expected a better experience and would not recommend this place.”

I Used mobile ordering for convenience, but there was like no lettuce in the McChicken and large fries were missing from the Big Mac combo. Had to go back to the restaurant. Very inconvenient.

Genuinely some of the worst service ive ever seen at a restaurant of any kind. They will consistently get your order wrong and refuse to do anything about it, even after giving them your receipt. This isnt even mentioning the uncleanliness of the place. You can see the workers handling the food all while wiping their faces and touching their shirts, many of whom are not wearing gloves or hair nets. Please do not come here.

I have been there several times and always they give me cold fries. I have complained so many times but still they don’t listen. I ordered a spicy mcveggie burger in which the lettuce was just for a name. At least they should put some lettuce as according to standard.

I ordered a Happy Meal and the hamburger was missing . A week ago, the chicken nuggets were missing from the Happy Meal too. I drive straight from work to my kid’s class on the other side of Moncton, so there’s no way for me to come back and get the missing items.nThe sad thing is that this keeps happening. Customers shouldn’t have to check every single item in their order to make sure nothing is missing.
