Tim Hortons

Rude staff. Accidentally ordered food without asking for sauce, I was confused and asked where my sauce was they said I hadn't paid for it. I offered to order and the manager replied "If you're going to have an attitude you can go somewhere else." Poor service.

I walked into this Tim hortons yesterday with my two young children. I assume we walked in on a very busy time (it was around 10 am) because as we walked in I was greated with a sigh and a very cold can i take your order, as if i was annoying this woman by showing up at her facility (imagine). Anyways, I ordered a coffee and a cookie, my order was 2.30$. I handed the woman 2.50 and she turned her back and put my money away and said have a nice day and started taking a new order. I stood there dumbfounded waiting for my change.. Which I had plans to use to pick up a bag of mr.noodles for my son on the way home (Yes hes obsessed with mr.noodles and I didnt feel like using my debit) Now I don't usually fuss over 20 cents but If I felt like giving her a tip WHICH I DID NOT, I would have given her it myself, AFTER she handed me my change. I think its 100% unacceptable for a food restaurant employee to take tips without the consent of the buyer. I did not want to upset her any further by asking for my 20 cents so I walked away. This is not the first time a Tim Hortons has done this. Next time I'll walk the extra 4 minutes and go to McDonald's for my coffee.
