Only 1 lady in the front to serve all customers in store who takes orders and makes drinks. One guy to assist drive -in customers. This leads to an increase in wait time and frustrated customers. Get her some help. Get more staff! Do better.

I don't go often enough but it's always delicious every time. Staff was jovial.

Tried the cinnamon coffee cake today if you haven’t tried it yet I recommend that you do. The lady behind me said she gets whipped cream on it. Hmmm maybe next time

I have gone 3 times to this location. The first time I stood inside for 25 mins waiting for my order. I counted 22 people waiting for orders. The second time I ordered a chai tea late and they forgot the sweetener/syrop. It was bland and barely flavourful I was already too far away to go back. The third time after waiting 32 mins in the drive thru I ordered a matcha frapachino and it too did not have any sweetener in it. Once again I was too far away to go back. With the cost of drinks I expect more. Very disappointing. I have learned my lesson and will avoid this location moving forward :

I ordered a large mocha cookie crumble frapuccino this late evening. It was diluted and flat...almost consisted of just melted ice and chocolate flavored milk. The worse ever ! I've ordered this same drink countless times before and this is the first time it was an epic flop ! Is it the one mixing it that day who messed up?
