Never offer to give you the receipt. I hate having to remember to ask. 

Plus they are in such a hurry they forgot how to be nice. 

Plus coffee too often cold or not fresh - I drink decaf - and been given regular coffee instead.  

This place used to be great.  Not sure what's happened over the years.

Pleasant staff counter service is very slow I go there on weekends always have to wait long time at the counter better off to go drive through for service
