First time in this Starbucks. I was really impressed by an employee named Owen. He was always smiling, very courteous, and helpful. He went out of his way to take a picture for us when he overheard us talking about sending a picture of us to a friend in Germany who loved Frappuccino's. We did not ask him. Owen does his job well and seems to really care about his customers. Starbucks is lucky to have him as an employee. I give him 6 stars.
They did not want to give my teen her birthday drink. She has a neurological disorder and was extremely upset. It caused a seizure when she got into car. This is the part of her disorder. They said she needed the app. However on bday I got my Starbucks and didn't need to provide ID or the app. I had to go in and get it for her. Apologies are appreciated after I went to deal with it but I am thinking this was discrimination because the server was rude to my teen but not to me. What should have been a happy experience ended extremely stressful for our family.
Where is the sbux dm for this location. Staff standing around while 2 people working. 1 on hot beverage and 1 on cold beverage. Ordered a steamed soy drink through the app. Was not ready when I arrived so got to watch the staff make it. Ordered a venti staff only steamed about 3/4 of the required so just topped it off with some room temperature soy right from the carton.
Long wait, zero attempt to even talk to us, and I purposely ordered my drink wrong so it would come out right and they still messed it up!! If you order a brown sugar oat shaken espresso to standard they ALWAYS make it wrong, so you have to order it customized. Only giving 2 stars because the last visit was pleasant. Wish I had my Starbucks card on me so I could call for a refund and leave a review directly to the company.
Weirdest experience at a Starbucks yet - made an online order was told to pull Ahead then told I came too soon to pickup my Frappuccino… this is weird to me since I could have literally ordered at the drive thru and waited like anyone else. However I was told to go wait until the quoted time arrived even though there was no one in the drive thru.
