Tim Hortons

I used to go to Tim Hortons Cayuga every morning before work and all weekend with my granddaughters. The quality of food isn’t even worth one Star. This morning, I figured I’d give it another shot, but nothing was changed order the bacon melt bread wasn’t even toasted and the cheese was still cold. As far as Service goes wasn’t for the one girl working in that place I believe her name is Ashley. To grocery drive-through there thanks forever not to mention you need to put your truck in 4 x 4 to get out of the pot Holes. It’s only ever happened since the new owners took over. It was last year prior to that that would’ve been a five star all across the board.

I just wanna say, Tim Hortons never disappoints! The vibe inside is super cozy perfect spot to chill, study, or just hang out with friends. Their coffee tastes amazing and the donuts are so good you’ll definitely want seconds.nnThe staff were really nice and welcoming too, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was clean and served fast. Overall, it’s just one of those places that makes you feel comfortable every time you visit. Highly recommend it!

Asked for money back after waiting for more than half an hour in vane for my sandwich. Not sure if incompetence was involved or just all new staff without training. The location was not busy at the time.

Tim Hortons is a true Canadian staple that’s perfect for a morning pick-me-up. Their coffee is smooth and comforting, and I love pairing it with a warm breakfast sandwich or donut. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The service is quick even during busy hours, and there are plenty of locations across the country. Overall, it’s a reliable, affordable, and truly satisfying coffee shop experience.

The drivethru was lined up to the entrance to Tim Hortons. Inside was lined up from the 2nd til to the door. From experience, I know there were not enough people in the store to properly serve the number of people going through drive-thru and in the store. Orders were being handed incorrectly and/or incomplete. I waited for a half hour for a black tea while people who came in after me were receiving their coffee orders. I had to ask for my order. I tried to contact the store through the website instead of posting this here. It kept kicking me out so I couldn't complete my concerns.
