Staff were friendly, but unfortunately I found a big black hair in my fries. I’d like to say this is the first time, but this seems to be a regular occurrence now.nnManagement needs to ensuring better staff hygiene. Finding hair in food is unacceptable.

What can I say to me 24 million plus readersnWell well. nI’ve visited this McDonald’s location several times, and unfortunately, it seems to be going downhill. The lack of care and concern for customers is noticeable, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Unlike other McDonald’s locations I’ve visited from Hamilton to as far as hours away. this one lacks the friendliness and efficiency I’ve come to expect.nnWhen I walked in, it wasn’t busy, there were maybe two other customers.nbut it still took more than 5 to 7 minutes for someone to come to the counter and take my order. There was no politeness, no warmth, and no sense of priority. This felt strange, as McDonald’s is usually consistent in creating a welcoming environment and prioritizing customer service.nnIt was disappointing to experience this, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying a meal and drinks. I hope this location makes an effort to improve its service and return to the high standard McDonald’s is known for.nMaybe I would chalk it up to an off day. But I’ve visited this location many times before and it seems to get a little worse every time

Location is very clean and great service. I can't say that I've ever had a Big Mac that looks this good ever.

I’ve recently visited this location a few times and I’m satisfied each time. The fries are NEVER overloaded with salt, thank god. The staff there have always been extremely efficient and friendly. I’ve had a few orders that were everywhere different customizations and they haven’t messed it up yet. I will be returning.

Every morning I’m greeted by an older lady and she is by far the best employee there. Her attention to detail and her warm greetings just start my mornings off right. She is kind and welcoming, has a slight mobility disability yet moves quicker than very other staff member on shift. She deserves an award and a raise for her relentless dedication to customer satisfaction. Her name is Karen and I don’t bother getting my breakfast at McDonald’s when she’s not there.
