Starbucks

I used to go to this Starbucks all the time! I usually order my food and drink when I'm 7-10minutes away via the app so when I arrive at the store it's ready for me and I'm not late for work. But for the past 4 weeks I've been doing this and they have either given me the wrong drink, or not had my order ready because they didn't read the print out for the mobile apps. And I would just sit at the drive thur waiting for my order. I plan my days to the minute when it's 5:30 in the morning so I get a little upset. I did email Starbucks about the issue and they rectified it. Just a heads up when you pre order via your mobile app, plan for 10-15 minutes before you need to pick it up so it's ready.

I gave up ordering my shaken green tea lemonade with light ice from here because it never tastes right. I can go to any other Starbucks and it's consistent but for some reason this location cant get it together. My last visit was via mobile order and clearly stated "light ice", but the barista loaded my cup with ice. Reminded her the order was light ice and got nothing but attitude! Don't appreciate spending nearly $5 for 3\4 of the cup being ice, nevermind the attitude you get for correcting their method.. read the labels people! It's part of your job! Consistency is key!!

Night shift had bad customer service. Definitely not paying attention to me, more focused on closing. Poor service

Charly is always accommodating and friendly every time I come in to order. The whole staff is as well.

Very grubby compared to the other Starbucks I've been to. Overflowing garbage, messy bar, crumby table tops and severely stained cushions. Mediocre service.
