The service was friendly professional and timely. But it was a good time to go. Not many customers. When it's busy, be prepared to wait. Not all Timmy's stores have staff that can handle a rush hour.nIn regards to food, croissants are my favorite. But my husband chose a glazed donut. And we are noticing lately that there is way too much glaze on the donuts lately. Since the donuts are sweet already, especially the French cruller putting too much glaze ruins the flavor of the donuts...why so much glaze?nThe sugar overpowers the flavor of the donuts.nRegarding the atmosphere some of the Timmy's have a nice fresh look. Some of the Timmy's appear outdated, with old flooring, dirty windows and a dingy atmosphere. Some Timmy's need to update their washrooms to make them more pleasant to use.

Ordered two Farmers Wraps that were on the app for $7.00 and the computer didn’t accept the discount so I was charged full price. Spoke with the manager and she gave me back $3.00. That was fine but when I opened up my wraps they were pretty sad! No hash browns in the wrap and the bacon was undercooked. Won’t be back there anytime soon!

I came to Tim’s to have something savoury, first off I went through the drive thru and the lady just straight up said “what do you want”. She did help me with choosing what to have, but I open the bag and both the twists were burnt. I take a bite and it’s soggy and cold. Keep in mind I open it no later than 5 minutes after I got handed them. Extremely disappointing.

The staff are always so friendly here and makes me wanna come back for more. The food is on par with timmies quality expectations. The entry for the drive thru can be “interesting” if it gets busy. A shorter lineup can take precedence over a longer designated lineup. Issues will arise.

They just underwent renovations and I don’t know what happened but I’ve been there a few times since they’ve reopened and it really seems like they just don’t know what they’re doing anymore. There is no reason it should take 6-10 minutes for a drink in the drive thru at 10 o’clock at night when there’s no other cars.
