The recent renovations were beyond garbage. They removed the nice booths and comfy seats, even the real art and tvs are gone. There is no value or substance in the new design. THEY EVEN GOT RID OF THE FIREPLACE!nnAt least the employees were nice and really fast. Had my sandwich and Coffee done in probably 35 seconds. Never seen that before.

This place is so bad, they have so many employees yet nothing gets done, there were about 6 people in front of me in line and I ended up waiting half an hour to get served it took forever to receive my food and when I finally did it was cold plus my sausage and bacon wrap had no bacon, all the employees are standing around talking rather then doing their job, if you are passing thru and wanna get a coffee or something I recommend Starbucks it’s WAY better.

I have 3 coffees per day on average. Kudos to everyone who makes them just perfect every time.nnBeen going here so long, literally every one knows my order. Saves me time.nSpecial thanks to Luna, she makes my coffee perfect every single time.Thank you.

It was second time went at this place today. They took order and no care about giving or calling out for drinks. First time I thought, I got mistake in hearing but today...just make the drinks and leave it over the counter, no care to call for drinks, it's like it's the customer responsibility to take care of this...but food making staff is awesome both time calling for my wraps..only order taking and delivering drinks is way more worse...and I even left my timbits over there as to make space for the guest next to me.nThe lady at front is giving training to other but she needs to do something to provide service

Food is fine. Service is meh. Standard Tim’s.nJust writing because the drive through has to be one of the worst ones in the whole province, by a landslide. Good luck navigating it, and fitting your truck through
