Aceeptable rooms, clean and relatively quiet for a high traffic area. Ok breakfast, all-in-all, worth the money.nnMy main problem is with the service. When I arrived last night on my business trip I was limited in company funds- it was Sunday night, I had been on the road all week and the company credit card was low and would reload at midnight. I had prepaid online successfully but I found out when I arrived that the company CC didn't have enough to fully cover the damage deposit. The manager on duty explained that he would not allow check-in even for a prepaid room without the damage deposit paid in full either through a credit card or debit, in full. Unable to do this with the limited funds I made several reasonable counter proposals such as: I could call my boss to give a CC over the phone, or pay the damage deposit in part now and the rest later, or sign a pre auth form for my card. I was informed that these were not acceptable options. He was polite but inflexible to the point of insanity and told me that all customers were treated the same and he couldn't take the risk that I would steal a television. I will grant that he did say I could pay with my personal funds and seemed willing for me to wait in the lobby until midnight to check in. So, dear reader, come prepared to be treated like a potential criminal and do not expect common sense, just rigid adherence to policy. Perhaps you disagree, but this is too unreasonable for me and I am not inclined to stay here again. If this is a manager's attitude at the front desk, where else will they abandon common sense and customer service? The staff either need better training or this polite but inflexible fellow needs to lighten up. There are other hotels in town that I've stayed at and are just as nice if not better value. I will go to one of them tonight.

Had a really nice time! Been there twice. The rooms are clean and they had kcups for my morning coffee. A couple miscommunications from staff whether breakfast was available on Christmas Day or not, whether they had milk instead of cream for coffee… both answers were yeses and then turned out to both be nos. Staff was really kind though. Netflix in the rooms was good, so I could use mine on a big screen. Bed was comfy and room was warm. Planning to stay there again.

A very good value for money for the hotel, with helpful and pleasant staff. There is the possibility to wash and dry your laundry. A good breakfast, but it is not a buffet, so there is no option for second servings—choose carefully what you would like to eat.nWe recommend this hotel.

I came back for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised that breakfast service changed to Ricky’s. Although the breakfast was no longer a buffet the Ricky’s breakfast was a lot more consistent and of better quality.nnOverall location and amenities are good. The gym is decent enough to get my runs and pumps in, Sharks was great after work, and many restaurants within walking distance including KFC, Boston Pizza, and What the Chuck on across the streets surround the hotel.nnThank you ti the front desk staff for helping me as I struggled with a dead truck battery. They helped offer up solutions and even gave me hand warmers when I was standing outside in -36°C weather.nnThe queen room is good for solo travel. If you are in a longer stay housekeeping is every 3 days but staff are willing to clean or supply soap, shampoo, and towels if needed.

10/10 If I could give this liquor store ten stars, I would. The service is outstanding—staff greet you right away, actually listen to what you’re looking for, and know their products inside out. They’ve helped me find new favorites with spot-on recommendations. The selection is excellent: well-stocked basics, a deep craft beer lineup, solid imports, and a great range of wines and spirits including some harder-to-find bottles. Store’s clean, organized, and the cold section is always chilled and ready. Prices are fair, checkout is quick, and the whole experience is consistently smooth. Easily the best in town.
