We stayed over at Peace River for one night and came here for a nice steak dinner. Hostess and staff were friendly and helpful.nnWe ordered to rip eye steaks to share at medium rare. Slightly disappointed that it was more medium but the quality of the steak was good. Also took advantage of the $10 off her bottle of wine. I found the best value to be the carnivore Cabernet Sauvignon. This paired extremely well with the steak and a highly recommend it!nnWe really appreciate the board games that are available. We had a blast with our Scrabble game.

I’ve been everywhere, man. I’ve been everywhere, man. I’ve never ever had a server that was even in the same league as Jenie. She deserves a raise. If you can find her section, sit in it. If her section is full, go wander Freson Bros or something. And come back later.nnThe bruschetta is out of this world. Order it now. Thank me later.nnSteaks are tender, juicy, and pretty much cooked on point. You want it rare? You’ll get it rare! You want it medium? You’ll get it medium!nnThe cream soups are delightful. If one is featured on the day of your visit, give it a try. If you need a little comfort, the Mac & Cheese or one of the delicious desserts will give you what you need.

I come here for everything. The food was okay , but the service was amazing! The manager came over inquire why my appie wasn’t and we spent some time chatting. She returning with a gift card to thank ME for being an incredible human. It really does pay to be nice and kid to our servers!

Went in to Mr. Mikes peace River location tonight, and had a very pleasant waitress serve us. Got our drinks and appetizers fairly quickly and then it's stopped. We sat there for 45 minutes at least waiting for our main dishes we ordered... They never came. Waitress stopped by once to ask how were doing? She didn't take our dirty dishes or offer me another drink most importantly never even noticed that we still didn't have our main dishes. I left some money for what we ate and drank and walked out.nVery disappointing as I am from out of town and frequent Mr. Mikes in my town in Southern Alberta and always have excellent service. It would have been nice to be updated by my server as to why our food is taking so long.
