Tim Hortons

Worst Tom Horton's I've ever been too. I worked at Tim Horton's in college, this place has no excuse. Do the staff not understand the taker and maker system? Are they incredibly understaffed? What's the problem here? You can wait in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes on a daily basis. We give the line 2 minutes, if it doesn't move we leave. How is this location still in business?!??

The drive thru is HORRIBLE! ! You would think with double lanes it would be smooth....WRONG! ! Half the time when you go to drive thru they have one lane shut off...what's the point in having two lanes if your not going to utilize them?? Now, if you go inside (for the most part) you're in and out quickly....and most of the time with the correct order 😉

My 2 year old daughter and I went to lunch. Mary was nice enough to bring my daughter a few free timbits once she had eaten her lunch.

The coffee for which I waited quite long for which is understandable to wait but I ordered two dark roast and they were gross no flavour. Which is usually not the case but ofcouse to top it off they came with cream in them for which I specify milk only . This is the second time that happened at the same location in a matter of a few days not impressed. Ofcouse 4 coffee in 3 days I threw them out .
