Every time only one cashier available .All the other lanes are blocked.Such a time waste . Visited today and saw some Older people were also waiting for their turn in long queue. I felt helpless and heartbroken from corporate greed. Stores are expensive but at least provide good service.

Great store and a wonderful place to buy groceries and other items. All their employees are polite, kind, and helpful. On Saturday night, September 13th, 2025, we needed to buy a cake for a friend’s birthday. One of their employees went above and beyond to help us.nnThe bakery had already closed earlier than the store itself. We had selected a cake but there was no bakery staff around. While shopping, we noticed another employee stocking shelves and asked for her help. It wasn’t her department, so she wasn’t familiar with the process. We assumed we’d have to buy a cake from another store instead.nnTo our surprise, that employee took the initiative—she went to her manager, learned the process for packing and selling the cake, and then searched the store until she found us. Thanks to her kindness and effort, we were able to get the cake without making a long trip to Halifax. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but her help truly made our day.

This is my usual grocery store. Decent pricing for good quality. Wish they had more checkouts open, I will not use self checkout. But that's just me.

PC Cream First, Vanilla Bean Ice creamn1.5 L ..this ice cream, to me, when I opened it, looks like it was thawed and frozen again, had no taste like ice cream...this was the second ice cream I bought hoping it was not like the first one....I always bought that ice cream and no problem...thank you.

Overall a decent store even though it has higher end prices BUT...I stopped in recently to pick up a few items. Paid and was on my way out of the store but was still in the building, when the cart wheels locked up! Security guard then asks to see my receipt which I have no legal obligation to show, but I did just to expedite the 'release' of the cart. After putting my groceries in the car, I did go back into the store, spoke to the acting manager, and explained that I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal - while he apologized, and said that should not have happened, it still did. I should have just taken my bags from the locked cart and told the security guard to fluff off...which, if there is ever a next time, is exactly what I will do. Moral of the story - know your rights before you go for groceries.
