Every single time I come here.I get treated like.I am a shoplifter and I can Tell these idiots that they don't know A shop lifter when they see one. I'm sorry but half The time the shoplifters are not broke looking people They are people that have to pull off the look to look well off so that they are not suspect. And that's probably why you idiots can't catch a damn shoplifter!!!!

We love Superstore, we really do. Especially our local one in Lower Sackville. For some reason, we just have an awful time with this location. We often find low or no stock in items we need, their produce has been poor quality on a few occasions, and overall the store is untidy and sometimes cluttered. While the staff are nice enough, I think we'll stick to our home location.

Over priced items. They are constantly selling expired items that they leave on the shelf. Will not do price adjustments even though the items are clearly stickered with orange sale tags. Be sure to check your dates and food before getting a mouth full of mold.....

I went to the deli and wanted to buy a 3 pack of pepperettes and the young lady behind the counter says no we don’t sell them like that so I asked her to call her store manager which she did and they advised her how to do it. She counts them and puts a price on them and hands them to me. No sorry about that or sorry about the wait. Customer service has gone so downhill. Won’t go to the bedford deli again terrible customer service

Four days ago I walked through the produce department and saw 3-pack of English cucumbers on sale. The display was full of yellow and spotted packages of cucumbers. I mentioned this to the produce manager, in addition to the fact that should not be displayed for sale. They should be discarded.nTwo days later, I walked through and those cucumbers were still on display for sale!! Wtf! Groceries are expensive enough without have the stores we shop in attempt to sell garbage!!
