Tim Hortons

This store is always slow, but I can live with that. Today I pulled up to the drive through speaker (they have two) and waited. I was the only one at either of the speakers. I waited patiently, at least three minutes, I just said hello now and then to see if they're listening yet. Car pulls up to the other speaker.... Served immediately. If you are only using one, put a sign in front of the other. If you are using both, be careful to serve people in a fair order. Even polite Canadians don't like waiting too long, then being served out of order.

NO breakfast after 12 p.m.. no more Cafe Mocha unless you order 1/2 coffee and 1/2 Hot Chocolate & remember to ask for whip cream. Decent coffee and quick bite place with a drive thru it you wish.

They have really slipped. Never been a fan of their coffee so I'm not going to say much about that but do not order any of the breakfast and egg sandwiches. I have twice now gotten an egg and English muffin and both times it was literally a kinda warm egg on a dry English muffin. So gross. Ashburnham Ale House is right down the street and has probably the best coffee in the city. Boooooo Tim. Booooo

I walked almost half an hour to get to Tim Hortons with my small pekenese dog... I didn't think it was that far, and by the time I arrived, my poor dog was hopping with frozen feet. I picked him up and went inside, and was immediately told to take him outside. Now, in normal weather I'd be ok with that, but his feet were frozen and it would have been cruel, which I pointed out to the guy who told me to leave. I asked then if I could just give him my order and wait outside for it so I could hold the dog. HE TOLD ME NO. So I had to walk all the way back empty-handed. Worst of all, I was coming to get about $20 worth of food for my parents - one of which is having chemotherapy and is having trouble eating, but can stomach some of the items on Tim Horton's menu. I am absolutely furious, freezing and starving, and extremely unhappy right now. Tim Horton's used to be the kind of place that cared about customers.

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to get. Gave me a rock hard bun. Asked for a white bun they gave me whole wheat. Ask for no tomatoes as it was an allergie. They still have me tomatoes. Also had hair all threw my food.
