This is one of the most clean parking lot, I have ever visited.Staff was welcoming and food was great.Awesome job everyone!
I used to love this Timmy's because the atmosphere was amazing, the staff were so friendly. Now it's completely different, the new people they have hired have a hard time understanding English and do not know how to ring in or make what people order
The world's smallest Timmie's. Literally just a drive thru. So it can also be a wait if someone orders pizza here, because it's just a tiny drive thru.
Limited menu options, compared to other location in Port Alberni. I went to drive through, made my order and they confirmed my order before I moved to the window. They still made errors and added an item that I didn’t ask for.
I had a pleasant drive thru server but the drive thru is poorly designed. My bagel belt was the most disgusting breakfast sandwich I have ever ordered. Lettuce was bad, half an egg, no mayo, core in old tomato? Just really gross. Sorry I normally don’t post negative reviews but…
