Tyler's No Frills

I like everything except having to cough up a loonie for the shopping cart. I never have cash just cards. I would get rid of the coin cart, like save On, Wal-Mart ect.

I was not impressed with the 2 woman that would not stand by their store policy. If they charge more for an item , then you get the item free. They would not give my wife her full return when she mentioned their big sign up in front of store advertising the same product for less. They embarrassed her in front of other customers. I had to go back in talk to manager, asked the policy, he said it would be free. And gave us the money back in full, no problem. They need to train their staff to abide by their policies and not demean the customer. We always shop there, yes it gets busy and slow at times, but never had been treated like that before.

Good place to grocery shop.. i guess i like no frills prices but would be nice if they had some friĺls (make up, electronics, photos etc)

It's fine. Large selection, good prices, good quality if not best quality produce.

I love the prices, but not the lineup at the cash registers. Train more staff so when it does gets busy, you can call someone. There shouldn't be more then 3 people in a line. I've waited up to 10 minutes before only because the line was that long and the cashiers weren't opening any tills. They need to look up as see that people are frustrated with the wait.
