I ordered the Chicken Salad Bowl from Tim Houston's and was very disappointed. The rice was extremely hard and undercooked, and the vegetables were wilted and soggy. Overall, the quality of the food was far below my expectations.
Usually don’t have an issue with this place, but this time it was just no good. Maybe it’s a lunch rush thing? But it does discourage from coming back. Here is a farmers wrap someone made, looked at, and thought “yeah looks good, customer will enjoy”. 12:50pm Sep. 29th
Took forever to get my order at the counter.nWhen I got it my ice cap was full of big ice chunks like you would get in an iced coffee. And my large London fog was a medium. Food was all correct, just took forever. Didn't bother getting my drinks fixed cause I was already back on the road when I noticed.
I'm sorry but I have never had satisfactory service or good at this place, Tim's or Wendy's. We were at Tim's this trip and I couldn't understand a word the order takers or the people that were yelling out at the pick up counter were saying. I always feel they are ripping me off on the bill. They are always busy and in a rush, understandable. I will try to avoid this location moving forward.
I just went to the drive thru this night 19 jan. I was really disappointed with my drinks. I ordered 3 steep tea's. first of all the order was wrong, i have ordered 2 medium steep teas with chai tea bag but there were nothing as chai tea bag inside it. Moreover, it also tasted disgusting it was to bitter . Not only this when I told them to remake my order they told lies that it was fresh and stuff . I don’t even want to rate them one star.
