Employees do not respect customers, make wrong orders. I ordered the new drink Caramilk but they make icap. Product capacity is not full. Never come here again.
I didn't like this place because it took me 15-20mins to get my food, service is very slow. If I get the chance to visit this city I won't come to this tim Hortons. People were here so loud and that they were screaming. Workers were busy in their useless talk and taking less interest in the customers.
I got my break fast sandwich from Tim’s this morning. The bread moldy. I will never be retuning to this location
Waited over 12 mins in the drive thru. No clue what my order was when I went to the window. Retold my order and received the wrong sandwich but was charged for the more expensive one. Asked for turkey bacon club and got a BLT? Didn't get a receipt either, already waited so long I couldn't go back to get the proper food. terrible service. July 3rd around 1245 pm.
I am a regular at this location, the manager in the morning is Superb and very quick!nnBut the afternoon manager philipino lady is very rude! She has messed up my food couple of times and when I go and ask them to correct it, she would come and start talking rudely and wont accept her mistake and would proceed to say it is how we make it!n‘Maybe go and learn again how to make it!!!’nI would never come to this location in the afternoon and would not recommend anyone else, as they would mess up your food and instead of fixing it they would tell you rudely that nothing is wrong!
