I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a very disappointing experience. While standing in line, I noticed that the employee taking orders completely ignored me and proceeded to call the customers behind me. It felt like I was being discriminated against. When I brought this issue up with another employee, instead of offering an apology, he argued with me and defended his colleague. This encounter left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against at this location. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.
I ordered 2 rice bowls and 2 drink strawberry quencher and I got drink like it’s only water and ice no flavour only taste like water which is very disappointing
Terrible service at this location today. The cashier was dull and uninterested, she seemed annoyed to serve us. We ordered a breakfast meal with coffee and cookie and a toasted plain bagel with peanut butter and jam. After we paid, I was alerted that there were no plain bagels left. I switched to whole grain, which was fine. Waiting for the order took forever, there was only one person ahead of us. When the food was finally ready she alerted us there was no strawberry jam so gave me an extra peanut butter instead. I asked if I could get a different flavour of jam and she went to check only to return empty-handed saying that they were completely out of jam. When we received our food, our breakfast sandwich was cold and the bagel was not toasted as requested. We were in a hurry and with how slow the service was already, we did not want to Complain because we knew it would take too long to get sorted out anyways probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.
Order filled fast and misc muffin choice great! The steak egg sandwiches were gross. So expensive for such a bland food choice. I was expecting steak like at subway on their sandwiches but I don’t know what to call what gets put on these sandwiches.nnOrdered the reusable hot beverage cups and they sent 2 disposable cups with hot water in them. Seriously. Thankfully they were willing to refund the $5ish but someone filling the order seriously thought I was paying $2.50 for a cup of hot water? Ridiculous.
Disgraceful! We ordered through tims app but they refused to give us our order and waived us to go back from the drive thru window since the main doors were closed past 11z When we insisted that it has already been paid, the staff said it is our last chance and an exception is being made. Further, they gave us black coffees which we never ordered just coz it was hectic for them to make 3 proper drinks?!
