We were here yesterday during Santa Claus parade, even the store was so busy all the staff was still smiling, attentive and accommodating. Specially GRACE SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL in the specials on the menu and helping me out how to use the offers on my app wisely. Will make sure comeback here and recommend this store to my friends and relatives.
Was here to purchase 50 gift cards. I didn't bring my physical card so I had to tap 5 times. Marlon was very patient throughout the process and was very friendly! My coffee was made correctly as well.
My husband and I came to this TimHortons. We ordered cherry timbits got strawberry the lady came up and said they had no cherry when the sign said cherry. Thank gosh there was another counter lady that said yes we have cherry. Also my husband ordered a roast beef sandwich with no vegetables or tomatoes we got everything on it I took it back and said we ordered it with just cheese and roast beef this is what he got! Apparently they don’t like to give u meat! What kind of sandwich is this?? You pay for it you should get enough on it to fill u up. Wow this is not good at all will go else where for a sandwich where they put enough on.
Placed an order through the app, everything went smoothly with that part.nWhen I went in to pick up my food was told that they are all out for the day, and that I was unable to get a refund when I instructed for the order to be canceled. Will likely not attempt to mobile order/order from this location again.nnAs for dispute resolution I was told that as each location is a franchise there was nothing Tim's corporate would willing to do, and that I would need to speak to tje store directly. Tried that and got nowhere.
Great Service! Fast & Efficient. The dining area and washroom is clean, not like the other locations. The only thing that sucks is the corner stoplight in the drive thru. If it's a red light, the drive thru has to stop as well. Lol
