Usually a good experience and great customer service, however today Wednesday, November 19th 2025 a little after 8pm. We were walking to catch the next 2 going west and saw the tims. Had around 15min to spare and make the bus still so we went in to grab some food and a coffee. Went to the counter where we were completely ignored for the next 13min not even a glance in our direction or anything said to us and no line at all, wasn't busy in the least. We had to leave for the bus and never was able to order and was ignored by both the male and female worker tonight and is not the customer service we have come to expect from tim hortons being a terrible example and making us want to travel to other tim Hortons locations instead.
“I visit this place daily and I always have a great experience. The food service is very good and everything is well managed. Muskaan Sharma is a very kind, humble, and hardworking employee. She takes care of customers so nicely. I am very happy with the service.
Popped in for a quick bite and also 2 coffees to go.nFriendly people, clean and quite a few people in that were conversing inside. Not a long wait and food was great.
I went to Tim Hortons today and had a nice visit. The staff were friendly, my order came fast, and the food was fresh. Biscoff croissants are my favourite from this location . Must visit.
Muskaan has been great at her service. Have visited quite a few times and everything is very good here. Highly recommended
