Some concerns… A very limited selection of baked goods on offer. Only one small display cabinet is available which is the smallest of any other TH I’ve seen anywhere else. Staff are seemingly disinterested with serving patrons standing in queue inside the restaurant. There can be a line of multiple people waiting and no one will bother to approach the counter to serve them. This has happened multiple times over several visits. The same employees working on each occasion.nnOnline orders are never called out for dine-in service. You can request immediate production hardener you will be waiting forever because the order will not be made and/or they will not have called the name on the order either.nnUsed the restroom today and was required to spend time cleaning gentlemen’s relish off the toilet seat before it was possible to even use the toilet. Quite disgusting. Discarded dirty paper towels shoved into the corners of the restroom even though there are no paper towels available for use. Very bizarre.nnTables in the dining area are rarely/never cleaned off. Just push away the discards, crumbs.
We waited for 15 minutes before even being served despite standing right at the counter and then when the order arrived, also after quite a wait, we had been charged for the wrong thing and several items were missing for a good 10 minutes after that. On top of this the presentation of food was... Not good.
I'm not sure if the mic is malfunctioning at drive thru. It's very difficult to get any order correct. Even if it appears correct on the screen. A simple coffee order is routinely done incorrect. It's no fun!
11:40 am I’m waiting in line for some soup today, this older lady working cash with blue eyes is occupied talking to a fellow employee- she peeks her head over and asked me in the most rude tone possible “can I HEELLPP you guys with anything” and gave us a dirty look. We were patiently waiting for her to finish her conversation and we didn’t appreciate her tone or attitude at all. definitely made us feel like an inconvenience
I find it so hard to give this unpleasant review, because i have always been a fan of Tim Hortons, but i just have to do this. This particular branch of Tim Hortons can do something about the way they treat customers and the way they render their service. Every Sunday morning we always branch here and place an other via drive through to buy Tim bits of 50pcs. They will take the order correctly but every time I open the order it will be wrong and less than 50pcs that i paid for, this doesn’t just happened once or twice. This last Sunday was the one that got me angry. Same thing happened, they gave me a wrong order and I went inside to tell them to change it for me, and getting back i gave it to my son and immediately he told me they have done it again, the Tim bit is not complete as usual, I had to go inside the second time to complain to them of which they couldn’t even apologize. Thank God there are several other Fantastic Tim Hortons I can patronize.nMy advice to drive through customers at this particular branch of Tim Hortons, please always check and confirm your order before leaving their premises.
