Came in after being nearly run off the road getting into the parking lot. Damaging my rim. So that was already annoying. But initially everything was fine. The first clerk was attentive, wanting to take my order even though I was in the middle of something typing on my phone so it was actually distracting and there was nobody behind me so maybe it was actually rude. However I ended up deciding to order through the app instead and requested DINE IN with NOW for order production. It says they are supposed to call my name when the order is complete. It never happened. Waited probably 10 minutes without acknowledgement. They didn’t even really confirm what was in the order, I had to tell them everything. In sum and substance, the order was completely forgotten. The woman a manager it appeared, in a dark grey polo who made the two farmer’s wraps even confused the order of a man who had just come up to order a bagel at the counter with me and my online order. The place was dead. There was no confusion. When I first arrived there were no cars in the parking lot, I saw nothing in the drive thru and money inside. What’s actually going on here? Washroom appeared clean, I only went to the sink, but had to wait to be buzzed in. I’m surprised this is necessary at this location.
This location is usually amazing. They are always open even on Christmas and New years. The morning staff is awesome. The food is usually great in morning /early afternoon. After that I don't recomend. I got this Nutella cresent roll early this morning for almost 3$ and there is no Nutella!! Is there not portion control? Will try and add a picture!
Ordered 2 coffee, pack of timbits and bagel with herb and garlic this morningnRecieved empty bagel initially then went in asked for right item. Person working there literally put back opened bagel back in the tray and gave the new one instead tossing it outnI feel bad for other customer who had to take it.nTim bits are soggy and so sugary. I don’t assume they are even fresh. Assorted Tim bits have only 2 of their less expensive or left over flavoursnWorst Tim and worst experience
Ppl are usually friendly. Medium and small ice caps are good but when u get large it’s basically like cream mixed into the ice and very little frozen coffee base every time. Every other Tim’s a large is fine and good but at this one u get a frozen cream drink. I suggest getting a med or small at this location.
I’ve been a regular at Tim Hortons for years, but my recent visits have left me seriously disappointed. I ordered a London Fog twice recently, and both times, it was undrinkable. The drink had a sour taste and a disgusting smell that was far from what it should be. It was clear something was off, whether it was the milk used or how it was prepared.nAs a fan of Tim Hortons, it’s upsetting to receive such poor quality, especially on more than one occasion. I expect better from a place that’s known for its consistency. Hopefully, management can address this issue so others don’t have to experience the same thing.
