3 months ago, I gave a 5-star rating to this Tim Hortons branch, because the few times I came here, everything was great, but in these three months, everything has changed and it's not the same anymore, and I had to change my 5-star comment today.nI will delete and replace this comment.nnI ordered a pizza today, but after 15 minutes, no one served my food when I asked if my order was ready.nThey just realized that they forgot to make it and without saying a word or apologizing, they started preparing the order and laughing.nThis is a disaster.nI hope the manager of this branch sees my comment.
Late service even though the store is not busy for online ordersnStaff is also irresponsive and careless.nAnd finally got handed over the wrong order after 20 mins.nVery disappointed
Staff rushed us to order.nAsked for a cookie, and she broke it when grabbing it, didn't apologize or grab it.nnThere was also almost no one else there, and she still put the drink on the other side of the counter, instead of where we were clearly waiting.nAnd none of the foods in the display were labeled correctly.
Tim Hortons food is Tim Hortons food, but the location is really good. The inside is spacious and there is a nice view of Lougheed to relax and people watch. The service was good too. I will definitely come again.
Firstly we ordered 2 mocha icecaps but she gave ice coffees and then she said it was her fault and make us mocha ice caps but very less whipped cream. It was like a simple icecaps. Why the hell the orders were not prepared properly and wasting time
