First time visiting this location. I ordered from the Starbucks Apps prior to visiting the store and the drink was shortly available after arrival. As I tried the drink and it’s not sweet enough, I asked for two extra pump of strawberry syrup and they gladly offered. The overall service was quite good. Nice decor and ambiance on the shop. However some other customers had a loud voice and not sensitive to other customers in store. Otherwise quite an enjoyable experience today.
I visit the Starbucks at Boundary and Canadaway often, and every time, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Today, I was especially touched when I noticed a little note on my cup saying, “Have a great day!” It’s small gestures like this that make such a big difference.nnThe team here always greets customers with a smile, remembers regulars, and creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere. Whether it’s a busy morning or a quiet afternoon, their kindness and attention to detail never go unnoticed.nnThank you to the amazing staff for making every visit a great experience! Keep up the fantastic work!
An Asian older lady is very rude, also an Asian younger girl with blonde hair very rude , they both communicate by looking at each other with weird looks. I don't feel welcome. They should work on their customer service approach.
It's my first time I had experience in Starbucks. It was really good, the employees were really helpful and they took time to explain about Starbucks and how it has a lot of options for customers; they can choose their own beverage so it was pretty good! The first experience was awesome! I would recommend everyone to go for Starbucks if you want to have a coffee as my first time was worth every penny!
Just went to Starbucks this morning after my massage appointment. I had the tall Americano. After 10-15 minutes, I went to the cashier and asked for the free coffee refill for regular coffee. I showed my app to let her scan.nnThe cashier asked if I ordered my coffee in this store earlier. I said yes with a surprised facial expression. She said I was her first customer since she just started her shift. On my mind, whoever asked for coffee refill, she couldn't see the old faces because I was her first customer.nnThen, she asked if I had my old cup. I said if I could have a new cup.nnI was quite offended. It seemed that I was cheating. It's the first time that the Starbucks cashier questioned me. I should have showed her my order history that I did order in the same store, Boundary and Canada way earlier. I didn't do that because I didn't expect this question and was not able to respond wisely :
