Just went to Starbucks this morning after my massage appointment. I had the tall Americano. After 10-15 minutes, I went to the cashier and asked for the free coffee refill for regular coffee. I showed my app to let her scan.nnThe cashier asked if I ordered my coffee in this store earlier. I said yes with a surprised facial expression. She said I was her first customer since she just started her shift. On my mind, whoever asked for coffee refill, she couldn't see the old faces because I was her first customer.nnThen, she asked if I had my old cup. I said if I could have a new cup.nnI was quite offended. It seemed that I was cheating. It's the first time that the Starbucks cashier questioned me. I should have showed her my order history that I did order in the same store, Boundary and Canada way earlier. I didn't do that because I didn't expect this question and was not able to respond wisely :
It's my first time I had experience in Starbucks. It was really good, the employees were really helpful and they took time to explain about Starbucks and how it has a lot of options for customers; they can choose their own beverage so it was pretty good! The first experience was awesome! I would recommend everyone to go for Starbucks if you want to have a coffee as my first time was worth every penny!
I went to this store for the first and last time. I order a caramel macchiato decaf, the taste was a burn coffee. I came back to change it and the lady who was on the bar pretty upset and with terrible attitude did it again but this time worse than the first one. No caramel, no vanilla pumps, no nothing, just coffee with foam. After she finished the order she just throwed on the table. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.
What a clean Starbucks with some of the friendliest staff. I always enjoy my pop ins while in the area.
Their drinks are always good, very easy to park, always enough seats, nice environment but only one bad thing here. Ac is too strong
