Slower service. Picked up my hashbrown from my online order fairly quickly but had to wait another 10 to 15 more minutes to get my extra large double double that was part of the same order. After around 10 minutes I had to ask if it was coming and it appeared they may have forgot or dropped the order so check up on your orders.
Heres the thing - I know what to expect with fast food breakfasts & coffee. McDonald’s breakfasts are a guilty pleasure of mine. It’s been a year since eating Tim Hortons, and the quality of this location is AWFUL. They shrunk the size of wraps down, they didn’t melt the cheese, and the coffee was terrible. Big crowd of people waiting for their coffees.nnI’m sure the owner will chime in asking for me to submit feedback to some email address. This is meaningless when nothing gets improved.
There is no rush like other tim hortons. Food was prepared very well. Service was also very good specially by the girl with specs the way she handed the food.
I ordered 2 everything and 1 Jalapeño bagel with hashbrown , crispy onions, chipotle sauce and herbs and garlic cheese inside. Two bagels were perfect and Jalapeño only had crispy onions inside while they charged for everything. Poor attention to detail.
Slowest tim hortons …. Why don’t they hire more staff and in Canada people are looking for job …. 15-20 people were in the line and just one cashier and one another on back…nToo slow service….nThanksnWastage of time…nThey took 15 minutes just for coffee and if anyone ordered something to eat it will be longer wait ….
