This Tim Hortons is a larger store and has a great variety of donuts and muffins. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing about this location is that parking can be quite difficult to find in the parking lot especially during busy meal times. People sometimes park in the back alley but that’s also often full. The store is wheelchair accessible.
Its Monday 29th at 6:55am. I have ordered 2 everything bagels and they gave these mostly burnt ones. Do employe sleeps during preparation?that girl gave unnecessary attitude but no attention to the order. Ridiculous behavior as well as service. I would have given 0 star
I visited this Tim Hortons and unfortunately had a disappointing experience regarding customer service. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged or served by the staff. This was surprising and uncomfortable, especially since the cafe was not very busy at the time.nnMy concerns grew when two other customers arrived and were attended to immediately before me, despite my prior arrival. This situation made me feel overlooked and discriminated against, which may have been an unintentional oversight by the staff, but it was distressing nonetheless.nnI hope this feedback is taken constructively. I believe that prompt and equal service to all customers, regardless of background, is essential in hospitality. Improvement in this area would certainly enhance the experience for everyone.nnThank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope to see improvements and would appreciate a more welcoming environment in future visits.
There’s parking! And the food is one of the best I’ve had prepared at a Tim Hortons. I’m not kidding you, the chicken noodle soup tastes better, and sandwiches etc aren’t prepared lopsided and packed well with care. It’s good amount too. I usually come around lunch time and it’s been great people and customers that come in.nnMy story is that I had an older lady not sure if manager? she was great with explaining the merchandise they had and very helpful! And then right after I finished talking there was a customer that asked me if I left my purse, it wasn’t mine but we brought it to the front I thought that was really kind of the customer to do that especially when it was a YSL purse. And then after that I did have quite a big load of stuff and another customer asked if I wanted help with that. Ah it just made my day haha.
