I visit this location regularly, but unfortunately, the customer experience is negatively impacted by the restrooms being locked and staff refusing to provide the keys to customers. Delivering a complete customer experience isn't just about serving coffee and food—it also includes providing basic essential facilities while guests are in the store. I hope management reviews this practice to improve the overall quality of service.

Stopped by Tim’s around 8 p.m. on October 31st, and it honestly turned into one of the best moments of my day. The brown girl working there had long hair, kind eyes, and the most beautiful smile — she completely brightened my evening. I really, really liked her; something about her warmth and positivity just stood out.nnIt wasn’t just great coffee — it was the feeling she created with her friendly attitude and genuine smile. She made my Halloween feel special without even knowing it. I really hope I get the chance to see her again someday.

Catherine, Jasmine, and Manpreet provided excellent customer service and were a pleasure to interact with. They were polite, respectful, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire experience. Each of them showed a strong commitment to helping, handled everything professionally, and made sure all concerns were addressed promptly. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. It was a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to their teamwork, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

There were 3 people in front of me and I waited 20 mins to get a coffee and a donut. The order taker should not be stopping to make sandwiches before taking the next order. There were probably 8 people working, not sure how this was possible.

Instant service when I walked in the door from a friendly team member. Was cashed out and with a fresh donut in less than two minutes.nnThe tables were well spaced out, and most of them were full. The decor was more refined than other Tim’s and featured a fireplace.nnThe dining area and the washrooms were sparkling clean.
