Tim Hortons

This is an average Tim's. During morning rush, you can find the drive-through backed up to the main street, causing traffic problems. The service is good, but during busy times, the sandwiches can get a bit messy.

Tim Hortons has most definitely gone downhill since hiring all the East Indians. They can never get my order right,simple order plain bagel, med ice cap, I ended up with an everything bagel and large DD.nIf you can't understand English, should you really be working in a place so fast paced with high accuracy?? And, their customer service is atrocious. Miss all the Philippinos that used to work there, they were always so happy and cheerful in the morning making it a great experience.

Instant service when I walked in the door from a friendly team member. Was cashed out and with a fresh donut in less than two minutes.nnThe tables were well spaced out, and most of them were full. The decor was more refined than other Tim’s and featured a fireplace.nnThe dining area and the washrooms were sparkling clean.

The coffee was ok but the restroom was filthy. Blood and poop all over. Ripped clothing and garbage everywhere. The dining room also appeared neglected. Staff does not wash hands after using restroom. Service was rude.

Jeff is my favourite Tim Hortons employee, he showed great customer service and care when making my 2 Sugar, 3 Cream..nnI believe Jeff is a valuable asset to the Trans Canada Way Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat. Please treat Jeff good, the smiley face on his name tag is awesome.nnIf I were corporate Jeff would be manager
