Drive-in order was a mess, lady was confused and had to repeat a few times. Still got the wrong items with missing stuff. They also said they had no more Croissants. I went inside and they had them ?. They gave me 2 “freshly baked” ones implying I was lucky. You can judge by the picture those are probably the ugliest and smallest pieces of hard, half-baked sad and deformed dough clumps I’ve seen in my life. Still putting 2 stars because we are all humans after all, it happens, and they are probably understaffed.
Just went through the drive thru and ordered a chili with whole wheat bun which to me is a very standard simple order. They proceeded to tell me that they don't carry whole wheat buns and how about a whole wheat bagel. So got the order and it was a twelve grain which I can't have that was buttered but had no wrap around it, and no napkin in the bag. I'm pretty easy going but having worked at Tim Hortons that is basic food preparation. I realize people are cost cutting but this is ridiculous.
It was busy with one person running drive through and till. 3:005 employees were deep cleaning and bathrooms were all closed. Don’t they deep clean after hours?? The place smelled strongly of bleach and pretty much got pushed out so they could clean
The drive through person was rude. Was over charged and the chicken strips were chewy, dry and not fresh at all. Wasn’t given a price before the window so Asked at the window for receipt and she couldn’t hear me so kept saying what all snarky. Get some manners. Got charged for sauce we didn’t even order. Asked them about it and 3 of them in the window yelling out saying there’s no extra charge, when the receipt clearly says the charges for the item then the sauces. It’s only a buck or so and would've prob let it slide if it was a polite experience, but on top of that the customer service and food was awful. Won’t go back there again and will not recommend this place.
Went inside only to find the whole place was smoked out from the sandwich press. Waited patiently to be served and I was the only customer in the restaurant/drive thru. We ordered chilli since the sandwich press was smoking. Once we got it we realized the chilli was cold. Staff were unpleasant and the food was not good. Would not come back to this location.
Soup and chili was good and hot. Sandwich was terrible, the bacon was not cooked, when wr returned it the girl behind the counter argued with us. Another finally told her to make a new one with the bacon cooked. Do not by any means attempt to go to the bathrooms. The dirtiest bathrooms anywhere.
Idk what is going on with this tim hortons but don't bother going. Drive thru person sounded drunk and had to retake order 7 times, didn't even take our full order crispy or grilled and gave us half full coffees and completely wrong items that seemed as if they had been sitting there for a week.
Greeted by friendly staff, very clean and great tasting sandwiches. The doughnuts are tasty too as always! Love stopping at this locationFood: 5/5
This place is harassing their workers and violating all the works right. The food is complete mess and not meeting with tim hortons food standards. The tim hortons management should take immediate action toward with this franchise.
Really Old Chicken Noodle soup with a brown color and without any chicken in it. Drive Thru is cash only! Wraps poorly built! Staff waiting for customers in sitting in dining room !
