Standard Starbucks with consistent Starbucks quality. No complaints for the green tea matcha latte. Only wished they opened longer and didn't close at 2pm.
Sorry you are getting this review because really it’s all Starbucks but your store was the latest. I am tired of ordering a venti latte and they come with the top two inches foam. I would appreciate Starbucks more if they filled the cup, you can still find the occasional store who gives an adequate cup. I am tired of paying almost $6 and getting a cup 3/4 full. It might be time to try a different coffee shop. Friendly staff at this location.

My wife's cappuccino didn't seem to have any espresso in it. Go to Rooftop or Freshie, or Big Bang if you want good coffee in Fernie.
Stopped in here for a iced caramel macchiato today. The person at the counter was very kind and i had a nice experience. However, there is grinds in my coffee! It’s too late for me to turn around now but i’m quite sad about this. Please remember to clean out the coffee filters and bins before brewing so that this doesn’t happen.
Very slow service inside. We have used drive thru several times never a problem. Today we had our RV so had to go into. About 20 people inside lined up waiting over half hour for drinks while drive thru moved quickly.
The lady taking our order through the drive through was great! Had a good time making coffee jokes and connecting. Thanks for our java fix after camping all weekend!
Yes it’s a chain. Aside from that the people at this Starbucks are great! They are more then willing to have a chat if they are not super busy. It also opens up super early. Like maybe 5 or 6 am. So you can spring out of bed get your coffee and hit the road.
I had a wonderful long term relationship with the bucks until all my stars disappeared yes I tried to have them reinstated...no they wouldn't do it....and I live by only satellite locations....closest real bucks is about 4 hours away. My dad didn't know I broke up with my coffee house and gave me a couple hundred dollar gift card.....so I will once again meet clandestinely with my old friend! Gold in a cup ...I missed you so much....but not enough to start seeing you again after this money is used up! Take my points and ignore me will you!
Wow, what a difference a year makes. A year ago 4 stars because the person on the drive -thru was quick and accurate. Today 1 star - I actually left there upset. It took just shy of 20 minutes to get 5 drinks and there was only one person ahead of us. They handed out a free drink card to another person for the wait, but nothing to us.
