The Valley Social is small locally owned and operated coffee shop in downtown Fernie BC. Proudly serving locally roasted beans by Rooftop Roasters. With a 'Food Primary' liquor license we serve a beautiful selection of carefully designed cocktails, wines and beer. First time in Fernie and it was recommended that I stop by at this place for coffee. Unfortunately this place is shut. Respectively this is a Canadian holiday but they had a sign up showing long weekend hours - indicating that they would be open.

Decor was fun.  And sprinkles on my sons HC was a huge hit..... it’s all about the subtle details.

It's the best place to get work done, lots of plug ins and is usually relatively quiet. You won't feel out of place as a single person working on your laptop.  Unfortunately it will be closing in the next month or so.

Delicious sandwiches and great coffee. This is a good place to refuel and relax. Service was friendly too.

finally got a flat white after many attempts. Barista was thoughtful and exact with my shot ...worth the wait. best in town hands down

Fantastic great coffee and friendly staff that know our order when we walk in.

Good food and drinks but lots of flies were buzzing around when I was there which was off-putting.
