Rude staff, from the moment I entered, not just to me but to all the guests in general. Dont leave the tip option if your staff doesnt even show any respect to their job and all the customers.

I got the top ranked drink and my wife got the Mango Jasmine green tea. Honest opinion, I really thought this is a high standard bubble tea but turns out that they have the worst customer service ever. Whoever work today Oct. 26, 2023 at 10 pm in the evening. These ladies do not value their customers at all. They forced us to cancel our orders via ubereats even if the driver is already there only because they ran out of popcorn $4.50 on ubereats. We asked them to just give us another drink which is $6. However they are insisting that they can only give an egg roll which is $3. First of all, it was never a customer’s fault if they ran out of product which a customer have already paid for. Secondly, they treated us with disrespect saying “we dont give free stuffs” where in fact we have already paid for it, they just dont have it. It’s only a simple complimentary for the hassle they are giving their customers. The uber driver called us and apologize as the staffs also disrespected him. He said, “I called uber and ask them to cancel your order because it is not worth it to buy with them. They are very rude even to us.” I contacted and reported this incident to Ubereats. Never ever again will order from this place.

Worst boba place in Scarborough. I want to oder one drink with no sugar and they say they can only make it less sugar…their less sugar taste like regular sugar and pearl is not chewy as other boba places, taste so bad…

Tiger sugar makes some amazing bubble tea. Definitely recommend this for anyone in the area. Great variety, amazing taste. Good price, good customer service, staff is friendly, seems to have good upkeep of hygiene. Clean place. Good portions. Overall a great experience. No complaints. Keep it up!

We came here for dessert after our dinner. We ordered the black sugar bubble tea with tapioca. It was absolutely delicious! I prefer their drinks over their popsicles that they sell in stores. It is a very very small place so it is a place to just order for take out. There is no indoor sit down. It is fine since we took it to go and you can walk around that small plaza area. Highly recommend!

I adore this place ever since I discovered it on maps. Open late, various options with add-on's, combines my favorite drinks: coffee & bubble tea. Lovely atmosphere and presentation, great taste. It may be a bit pricey, though quality is given. Snacks are limited, but the milk eggs rolls are quite good.

Been meaning to try their strawberry mochi drink and finally got the chance to. Sadly disappointed Literally just tastes like milk; I tried mixing it a couple of times but it never helped. First sip was just straight up sago and theres so much of it..Barely any strawberry flavor. The mochi made it VERY hard to drink and it also taste like nothing. It didn't help that there was no sugar or ice so it was absolutely bland and a waste of $9 I do not recommend this place unless you like cheaply made, expensive bbt and other merch

It was so yummy got the Mango one ...very quick and friendly service. Highly recommend.

This place was my vegan-option saviour when I needed it. Being really hungry and thirsty, we ordered the largest Brown Sugar Tofu Soy Milk Tea, which was basically a classic brown sugar milk tea made with soy milk, brown sugar around the cup, pearls at the bottom, and plenty of tasty silken tofu on the top. It was delicious and filling! Thank you for having dairy-free options! Specially soy which reminds me of my street side breakfasts in the north of China, before milk tea became so popular and everyone became obsessed with dairy drinks. I will come back on my next trip to Toronto.
