I liked their mango coconut slush, they also added mango chunks in it. A friend of mine ordered mango pineapple slush with pearls but she didn't like the pearls at all, they were extra chewy. Service could be better. Overall, not bad!

Afternoon cold drinks while the weather is still warm. This location is inside Bridalwood Mall on the lower level. In a busy location where Subway, Popeyes and McDonald's are. Staff are friendly and fast.. I ordered coconut milk tea with glass jelly and mango slush with lychee jelly. No complaints with the drinks and both tasted great!

CHEAP- I've been waiting 30m. Only 1 worker. Although the drinks are refreshing. This location short staffed due to covid and never rehired their staff. Only 1 person is working and I've been waiting for 30m. This is the lineup. This is insane... One person can only do so much - this location needs to be revised and reported.

Only one employee working. Waited 30 minutes in line for 2 slushes. Drinks were fine, just took forever. Owner is crazy for letting only one person work by themselves during Friday afternoon. Feel bad for the sole person working extremely hard.

We ordered dragon fruit and Mango slush, mango slush was taste like bitter and watery and Dragon drink was also poor quality. Not worth the money that I paid. Don't even deserved a star. There was only one worker and he was so slow at working.

I enjoy their get 2 for $9 deal. I don't need any fancy smanchy flavors which would cost me over $20. Therefore, this deal is good! The size is quite large as well and a good variety of flavors.

This presotea is probably one of the worst I've been too in the GTA. The service is really bad. The employee made the owner loose $30 worth of bubble tea that I was buying for a group of people all for the sake of NOT adding coconut Milk when I was WILLING TO PAY for it. Apparently it's not part of the special even though I was willing to pay for it just to be added on top.... It took THAT to loose money for this location. I guess Green Grotto or Chai time is your best bet.

Avocado smoothie 7.35 for a regular size waited 15 mins and they spill it out half and put water into it, I don't blame them for putting water since there's no more avocado but yo, at least give me a full cup for the price I paid, like I clearly see there's leftover

Okaish place compared to other presotea.. staff need to get more trained. Hopefully next time I get better experience

After we ordered they messed up the order, they looked at each other not knowing how to do it, and then a third girl came in and did it. We haven't ordered anything special, just a simple tea and slush from the menu.
