who ever is running this store has a lot to learn about customer service. I arrived and no one checked me for 10 mins, finally one of the girls came, asked me "what I want", bring me the size and then dropped the box next to me without even opened it....I have to remove all the paper from inside the boot to try it. I like the product but rather get from other store. I just get off the store as no one seems to care...they didn't even realize. Cellphones and chatting seems to be more important.
Shockingly bad customer service. All the people working there were a bunch of kids who thought it was appropriate to be gossiping and mucking around instead of helping customers. I had to interrupt them to ask to try on some shoes and the lady started laughing loudly. I initially thought she was laughing at me and was very confused and taken aback, but I eventually realized she was actually laughing at some personal conversation they were having. When she brought me out the shoes she just dropped them on the bench and walked off without saying a word.
I always have a nice time shopping at little burgundy on Robson and that's saying a lot since I hate shopping. Jaime at the new location on Georgia was AMAZING THANK YOU
Didn't get a name of the girl who helped me but if the manger of the store reads it, she was super pleasant to talk to and funny. I bought a pair of Dr.Martens about two weeks ago. I decided to try the size that another shop gravitypopeI attended before coming by this one, didn't have and tried to peruse me to buy it two sizes bigger. The sales person here was incredibly sweet and helpful and I made sure I came back to her and let her to put my purchase through. I'll get back to the store just to get her name so I can update this review. I work in retail myself and I appreciate that a lot!
Great selection of chucks, van, Reebok classics and the like ect. But this place gets 5 stars because of their staff not their selection. I was helped by a pair of charismatic young woman who weren't just super helpful and believe me they were but super fun aswell. All n all they made for a productive, enjoyable experience for something as simple as buying shoes. Highly recommend this store.
I purchased a pair of boots three days ago and did not wear it at all. I just returned it. The person who handled my return was very upset and made me feel that "I did something wrong." She collected my information, name, phone number, and email address without letting me know why she did so. I just know that this is a store in Pacific Centre that I will never go back to.

Exchanged a pair of boots I received as a gift. Employee was very helpful and they had the boots in-stock. They got me set up in the right size and had good recommendations.
Picked up some sneakers at a great discount!, Cynthia the sales girl was awesome! She took the time to make sure I got exactly the right size and color, I will 100% be back . Thanks !
