I sold my tickets through ticketmaster and I am having a nightmare of a time receiving payment. I've reached out to customer service via email, which is a painstakingly slow process. They send me a list of required actions before payment can be received, which I have completed all of. The issue seems to lie on their end. After explaining via email, that I have already followed the instructions, the response to that email was a copied and pasted list from the previous email of required actions that I had already previously stated I have completed. I've asked for a phone number to speak with someone who can help with the issue directly, but have had no responses. Given the high service fee premium, being able to speak to someone over the phone shouldn't be too much to ask for. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service so far. I feel like I'm being robbed after selling MY property on their app. I paid them a generous service fee to conduct the transaction and I'm met with ZERO assistance following unforeseen problems. DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER TO SELL YOUR TICKETS
Who made the ticketing website? It is the worst site I’ve ever used. I chose the tickets and made a payment. And they gave me the tickets different from what I picked which were the worst end seats in the same row but same price. System seems it gives any random seats same price if it fails to get tickets what I order. I contacted “contact us” to change seats and they charge me exchange fees. So I complained and you know next. The World famous customer service.
One star is one too many for Ticketmaster. Their app is useless, been dealing with trying to transfer tickets to a family member. Every time the recipient tries to accept the app say's "Oops something went wrong". You have to go through the virtual assistance and once it can't help then you are transferred to a human on the chat window with a message saying it can take 12-24hrs for someone to respond. All I got from the person when they eventually responded was to cancel and retransfer the tickets which had already been done. Utterly useless and unhelpful. Hopefully we can get the transfer to go through before the show happens. Definitely will not be using Ticketmaster again if I can avoid it.
Would “NOT” recommend them at all. Their customer service is awful. Bought 2 tickets few months back on their website. When I purchased the tickets didn’t notice that they got transferred from somebody else. I bought them directly from Ticketmaster website! Now, the concert’s date is rescheduled and I am not able to attend it on the rescheduled date. Ticket master declined my request for a full refund! They are like you need to contact the one who you bought the ticket from. Apparently the ticket was transferred from someone else. They don’t refund me, they don’t provide any information who the seller was so ai can ask them to ask for a refund, my paypal doesn’t accept to refund me because it has exceeded 6 month!!! And there is no way this problem can be resolved. To Ticket Master: before you add a feature on you website think of a proper customer support
Disregard the one star given, they aren't even worth that. Ticketmaster's customer service is absolutely atrocious. Highly recommend using another platform to re-sell tickets as the process to be paid for tickets re-sold through these clowns is beyond painful. Sold my tickets over a month ago and still have not been paid for them. No way of getting a hold of an actual human, everything is done through website chat which is shocking for a company this large.
hello I purchased Florence and the Machine tickets on Oct 1st in th PM. I found 4 tickets in section 114, row 25, seats 1-4. I went through to purchase them, put in my credit card number, hit accept... And then it stated that these seats were no longer available. So naturally I went back to try again. At which point I purchased 4 tickets in section 114, row 24, seat 5-8. And received my confirmation. Order #51-14073/VAN, which was actually the confirmation # for the original tickets, which were unavailable. It wasn't until I checked my credit card that I saw the double purchase. At which point I have been trying to get a hold of ticketmaster relentlessly. So I'm sure you can understand my frustration.
Easily top 3 negative customer service experiences of my life. I've jumped through every hoop and still can't get my money back from SOLD tickets. Platforms are total garbage, virtual assistant is garbage, juggling from app, to desktop, to canada, to US platforms doesn't seem to work together. Total fail for a company that should know how it feels to be screwed with the threat of scalped tickets. Can't even protect actual paying customers that buy tickets legit. NEGATIVE 5 Stars Ticketmaster
End the monopoly! Haven't been able to get tickets for indie artists, let alone someone as popular as TS. Wanted to see a stage show in Vancouver - seats disappeared every time I selected them. "Someone got them first" - after they were reserved in my cart?? I'd rather line up outside for hours and buy tickets in person than have to deal with bots and scams. $95000 for Taylor Swift, on Ticketmaster's own website?? Y'all are a joke.
I share the sentiment of all others who have reviewed this business -5 starts!. They are impossible to get a hold of they don’t list their email or phone number anywhere when you finally get a hold of that info via Google, the customer service representatives do little to nothing mitigate your issues. Never once has ticket master sided with the customer and provided adequate customer service. My advice: but from the source if possible. If that’s not an option, use any ticketing website except ticketmaster!
The website and app are both erroring out when doing the promo code. No direct access to tech support. Twitter tech support extremely delayed. Finally got through tech support live person by phone. They hung up because couldn’t figure out how to assist with applying a promo code received via email promotion to the purchase. Complete disaster with all aspects of customer support across ALL channels.
