We need to print a bunch of docs and meet our landlord first thing in the morning. It was almost 5 pm and the first printing shop on the map was ARC, truly heaven sent! The dude there was friendly, and very efficient service! The quality of their paper was like from the same cookie cutter! The resemblance is uncanny with the original! Wow! They're offering other services, will check it out!
I went into ARC a few days ago with an emergency to quickly print out flight tickets. It was quick, professional and friendly. I left with a smile on my face. Highly recommending. Very affordable prices. Definitely would go there again!
I had a very pleasant, straight-forward experience with Arc Document Solutions. I printed out some images in large-format paper and was helped through the process by the staff. I generally don't like to go out to print something, but these guys made it very easy. Highly recommend if you are in a pinch!
I can’t think of a better service. The guys were quick, helpful, and flexible on pricing…at least for me. There is no other place I would rather get my print work done other than here. I walked in, asked for a job to get printed, and the guys immediately got to work without delay. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
ARC is hands-down the best reprographic outfit in Vancouver. I have tried them all and the service here is absolutely unequalled. The staff is super experienced, patient beyond any reasonable expectation and actually, just kind and helpful. Technically, their work is impeccable. *Highly Recommended*
I came into Arc looking for a print shop slightly closer than Staples to have a few architectural copies done and received service promptly. Out of the shop in less than 3 minutes with great document quality and unbeatable pricing. Will definitely come back for all print jobs in the future.
Great experience! I work nearby but only found out about this place today surprisingly. They were very friendly, quick and professional and the photocopy job they did for me was top notch. We will be using ARC for our future large format copying and scanning rather than the other place we used to use since they're closer. Thank yoU!
I had to quickly print some important documents today, and was able to get them in such a short time. The price was super cheap too! Overall, great experience : will definitely come back when needed!
I recently went to ARC in order to print a study sheet for an upcoming exam in a rush. They offered great service and a really nice quality print at a very good price. Can't recommend them enough. Will be using them for all my future prints!
I went today to scan some important documents, the service was fast and very affordable. The receptionist Dwayne is very friendly and has a great attitude, he made sure that everything was correct. Great experience!
