East Van Bottle Depot

First time experience with this was excellent. Friendly staff answered all questions politely and even suggested other dropoff locations for some items they couldn't process ie. a propane canister. I used the express service and they had money in my account the same day! Exemplary.

On occasion, the service has been somewhat slow, but in general, my experience has been good.

Sure, it's fine. Nothing special, nothing terrible. Does what it's meant to do.

Now it's a lot cleaner. They have new blue plastic trays to put the bottles in. You have to line up and wait your turn. Good improvement. Staff are very nice. All in all I was impressed.

I went on Saturday about 3. Not very busy. Waited in line 10 minutes....got a sorting spot....sorted...cashed out. Easy breezy..no hassle. Staff wasn't chatty but I'm not there to chat so it was perfect.

It's a clean place and it's fast I go there all the time thumbs up for this place.
