My daughter has free dental cleaning here and the staff also helped us to register her to the Healthy smiles Ontario for free filling. My kids also have free vaccinations here to meet the Ontario requirement. Outside of the building there is one disposal unit for needles. For the safety of our future, hope no one leave used needles and syringes on streets. Condoms are also free here and you can get them in the restroom. It’s really a good idea to let them there then people taking them would not feel shy.nThank you so much for this existing in public.

Very helpful staff at the front desk. There is a very convenient table as soon as you enter through the front door to drop off ticks that may have bitten you or your pet. Just fill out the form and put the tick in the designated bin using the bags provided. They offer follow up calls to tell you if you are at risk of contracting Lyme disease or not.

As I stated many a time about the nasty water bottles that folks use to wash their rectal area and leave them to the public as well as other things this office cares nothing about public health that require serious health concerns in public bathrooms….This office only cares about the paycheques.

Update June 1, 2025.nApparently the Health Unit has decided full face beards have to be longer than a fountain pen before it needs to be contained when that person is preparing food. That is just gross. I definitely would have put my opinion in that this is wrong.nnExcellent services. Lots of free vaccinations, dental care, condoms and so much more. Give them a call to see how they can help you. Thank goodness we live in a country and province that has this for everyone.

Absolutely barbaric!! I'm a nurse and completely understand patient wishes and they DO NOT listen!! My bf and I request we go in for the same appt which we were told On the phone we would be allowed when we get there separated, and than different treatment AGAIN!! that doesn't work for US but they didn't LISTEN!! THAN my bf asked please ONE needle at a time, nope they don't listen AGAIN they get two nurses to administer both at once completly ignoring his medical wishes as a patient ... Disgusting I'll be dealing with emerge from now on maybe more of a wait but at least they give their patients their respect, wishes and RIGHTS. we were begging to go into each other's appointment we are dealing with the SAME ISSUE!!!!! Ashamed. Not to mention most of the doctors and nurses have such horrible disgusting attitudes.
