On Feb 2, 2018 I decided never to eat here again after being a loyal customer for many years. I picked up my telephone order and noticed a B Grade sticker on the window again, causing me to politely ask, "have you ever received an A?" The answer was "why do you ask?" to which I politely responded "because the other places I eat have A's and I have never seen one here." This caused the most senior waitress to respond, "Then maybe you should eat somewhere else." This arrogance is the reason they can't hold an A Grade - because they don't respect the grading process. I will never eat here again and suggest others consider one of the other Asian restaurants within 100 yards of this one. They are equally tasty, lower priced and offer friendly, humble service - unlike Mr Chinese.

We ordered twice from this restaurant and both times SO disappointing. First of all prices are high, compared to all other Chinese in Thunder Bay. Secondly the food was really a let down!! Crazy unflavourful sauce drowned the dishes and leaked inside the bags the containers were wrapped in. Portions were smaller than we are used to and the food was overly salty, chicken balls had hard/chewy bits inside and were rather rubbery, both times. Wontons had very little meat and the meat in the other dishes was tough, not tender. The service wasn't great on the phone (rudely put on hold and forgotten) and wait times were long. The delivery guy seemed annoyed to be bringing our food. I'll try other places before i order from here again.

There is no other Chinese food place like it in the world. We always bring a big table and the service is second to none. If you can go..you go. Bon bons. Just one of it all. Just writing this makes me want some.
