Thank you very much Gerry and Dan on a fantastic bail out.......After another shop had left me high and dry they put my Ford Escape back together again and had me up and running within 3 days of getting the replacement transmission.  These guys know what they are doing......3 Thumbs up!

the big guy got me in fast, diagnosed, fixed and did what I asked and then taught me about the issue and that I am forever great full for. didn't break the bank and got me out the door before the end of the day so I could carry on with my road trip.  came off a bit rough around the edges but seems like a no bull type of guy who is confident and good at what he does. no complaints.

We were on vacation and our camper van broke down and was towed to their shop as we thought it was transmission trouble. We had no idea of what we were in for but expected it to cost a lot to fix. They went through the trouble of having to hoist the camper up and connect the drive shaft that the towing company left disconnected to town it. They then diagnosed the problem and gave us the news that it was not the transmission. They knew it was engine trouble with a few possibilities of what caused it to break down; recommended a good mechanic and offered the mechanic opportunity to call and discuss their findings. They were 2 big guys with big hearts. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. We did make it home safe - 1700 kms!

Recently had my transmission rebuilt through Thunder Alley in Penticton. Great service and quality. I have put quite a few kilometers on my truck now and the transmission shifts perfectly. Thanks Gary for the awesome work!

Gerry the owner is very knowledgeable.  I am so glad I got his proffesional opinion on servicing the transmission. The GM dealer shop I was at just an hour before gave me a completly FALSE report! Thank goodness for second opinions! Gerry and his staff I thank you for your integrity and honesty!

They ripped off my father. charged him 2500.00 x 2 =$5,000 to fix the transmission on his '02 camery. I went in the glove box and seen the the receipts and asked why he would give them this much to fix his transmission he said buddy at the shop said it needed to be done. My dads a Veteran and has some brain damage and these people ripped him off. the transmission wasn't even fixed properly. I'd shift into R and the car would still roll down the hill. These guys are scammers I hope you go out of business. and you didn't fix the aftermath of the problems. car still roles in R. shifts rough and stutters when it gears down. you gave him a quote at the beginning for 2500$ then called him again to put another 2500$ into the tranny. even if it was done in '13 dumping 5000.00 into the car there should be ZERO PROBLEMS even after 3 years.

These Guys are good and have a special passion for doing their work. I was stuck there and they went out their way to help me out.

Very knowledgeable, good service, I have  had 3 vehicles transmissions rebuilt there.

Very fast, helpful and knowledgeable and did not break the bank :D  impressed
