New to town and found them and their good reviews online. Super nice people. Honest and helpful. Tested my dead battery free of charge, after I got a boost, and recommended NOT purchasing a new one! Offered to charge it overnight and a lift home but I did it myself. All good now and saved me money! I will be back for service in the future.
A definite must! If you need tires, brakes or full service repairs. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very transparent when it comes to discussing the needs and options for your vehicle. Very detailed billing and they make sure you have a great understanding of repairs and costs. Would highly recommend. It is quite refreshing to be treated so well. So adding to my last review today my truck would not start. I was able to get a boost from BCAA . I called Integra , they kindly offered to fit me in today in-between their bigger jobs. Which totally distressed my situation. A few hours later, they called wit a quote and then installed a new battery. Now , I'm up and running. Thank you again !
Matt? Stephen and Brad have one again provided the highest quality of service to not only my newer vehicule but my old classic truck as well. They have exhibited a vast amount of knowledge and e pertinent in their assessment of my.repairs and have completed all of my numerous repairs on time and within their quotes. I could not recommend a shop higher and having worked in a shop for a number of years I can say with all honesty take you work to them in confidence.
Everyone was welcoming to everyone and taking the time to listen. I had my tires switched from summer to winter time. It was done on a timely manner and safely done and very affordable.They have even made sure that the oil of my car was ok prior going on my trip. Thank you for your great services and courtesy! For the past 7 years, I can honestly say, I’m always extremely satisfied with the fast and efficient servicing my vehicle is given. The Integra staff are always super friendly and totally customer focused. Thanks again guys for another job well done!
Great friendly service. Was in a pinch needed a flat tire repair they were just as busy as two other competitors, but managed to get me in and out under 40 mins. Due to impressive service, went back with two out of province inspections. After first visit everytime we walk in we are greeted like we are friends for years. This will definitely be our go to place for any services we can't do ourselves. Thanks
Absolutely amazing tire service. I had a low pressure tire sensor indicator while in Penticton. It was a snowy, cold - 18°C day. They quickly looked after me and fixed my tire. The kind mechanic "Mitch" said he was happy to help and bring peace of mind.
Really good service at a fair price. Brad did a really good job on my car and went the extra mile to complete the work I requested! I will definitely be bringing my Audi back for more service.
We have been to Integra many times over the years. They are always good to us, pleasant, quick to book in and frequently do not charge for little things. They have gone the extra mile many times and we sure appreciate it. It keeps us coming back and also refering family to them. Thanks team!
