A Big "0" stars for this couple who damaged my brand new Luxury SUV and failed to admit they did anything to my car while removing/installing my windsheild.That alone is a very apparent sign that these people lack integrity.When you make a mistake admit it and go good for the damage.We'll see how this all turns out as i certainly WILL NOT be absorbing the expense for their carelessness.Instant de-value to my car!!!Hoping a custumer won't notice damage is a bad business move!!!Highly recommend you go somehwhere else other than Penticton Auto Glass!🤯😡👎👎👎👎👎

If you have a chipped windshield or need glass for a home project, Matt and Autumn are great people to deal with. Yes..I am biased..I have work done there.

Awesome service, friendly staff and nearby many down town amenities for while you wait. I have had these folks replace about 5 different windshields for me over the past recent years (including just this month) and I have been more than satisfied each time!
